restrict huge number of user-contents in about 20

11-2-2018, headline news : Taiwan's National Security Bureau confirmed their
investigations of Facebook communities and others on the net, for monitoring,
controlling and collecting "controversial information" including those "influence
national security", "blacken ("詆譭", a term of Martial Law period / UDN,
11-3-2018) president", "disrupt social stability",
"distort policy" and
"disturb national
mechanism", "fight governmental prestige", "influence public mind and morale"; UDN 11-3-2018: Facebook and all other
internet platform service
providers in Taiwan were requested to hand in all users' personal information
and data.
UDN critiques pointed out
"Big Brother is watching you" almost for sure lead to "Chilling Effect".
More
countries are trying to use FB as an instrument for various purposes.
Media like Reuters
reported at 4-27-2017 that "Vietnam says Facebook commits
to preventing
offensive
content".
National Taiwan Univ. professor in Apple Daily of Taiwan at 10-6-2017 said Facebook
even provided
Vietnamese police with evidence or information to arrest anti-government
dissident(s). Based on the
United Daily of Taiwan (Nov.
25,2016), Facebook removed
some human rights contents upon the US police's requests. Furthermore,
Business Insider at 7-8-2016 also reported
Facebook was accused of censoring
conservative news among its trending topics, and supported or suppressed particular political
viewpoints
in Germany, Europe. Facebook is named as a "for-profit corporation"
by Wikipedia
(Sept., 2017), certainly may "cooperate" or "collaborate" with any country,
governments,
organizations, the powerful
to politically block
free speech of particular targets.

In the summer of 2017, a "Green Terror on Facebook" triggered concerns
and public anger in
Taiwan. All Taiwanese mass media reported that politicians
and online personalities said they had been denied access to their Facebook accounts after writing criticisms of Pan-Green coalition,
the ruling political party (DPP). The leader of Chinese Nationalist
Party think tank stated that the freedom of speech on Facebook Taiwan has
retreated 50 years, and urged

from about 100 countries within about 1.5 month, reported an Euro arts expo. held by FECO for Turkish
cartoonist and journalists on trial, his Facebook account was suspended, for unknown reason. This seems to be a well-planned scheme,
because some bad tricks came before Zola Zu's account was blocked. Zu wrote an article about this mystery and had it
print in Taiwan's most popular news, Apple Daily (then was reprinted in another
major news, the
United Daily News blog), to " publicly shame them and to
hold them accountable" as Business Insider (7-8-2016) critic suggested.
Google, Bing, Yahoo evidently are better than Facebook in free expression.

Zola Zu's content on FB
includes no
specific
infractions, no directly inciting
violence, nothing misleading, malicious, harmful, or discriminatory, but Facebook
suspended the account after playing some tricks or/and giving bullies.

Facebook's suppression trick one ...
?
A poll was held at top of a video shared by Zola Zu, but it can't be seen on
Zu's account. The poll asked users to select from options
like " follow Zola ? " , "follow XXX ?" (an Eastern Euro. cartoonist
(or a corporation, hacker in the dark?)
holding the poll), and some phrases like to limit part of Zola Zu's right ......

other Westerner artist shared it without the problem I had.
Besides, I attached a brief of scholarly study regarding animal abuse related
with human abuse.
Did this poll take proceed in Facebook's
eyeline ? any possibility can't be excluded. Someone in the
dark interrupted my working on my FB, for the video.
According to an article by Ohio State University Law School professor Margot E.
Kaminski on NY Times in 2017, even animal abuse content is allowed on Facebook,
he wrote:

supported me except probably one - only one left from my friend-list.
This is truly their vote, expressive act, symbolic speech, substantive

suppression trick two
The messenger functioned partly, (coincidently?) after Zola Zu (probably the 1st one on FB) shared
the news about a cartoon-art exhibition for Turkish editorial cartoonist &
journalists in jail and on trial.

(3) Facebook's
suppression trick three
FB's official reason about Zu's account suspension is "something unusual happened".
The dialogue box
(as below),
FB checkpoint/block, popped up while trying to log on Facebook again.
That's a trick because Facebook keeps wanting user-photo and keeps rejecting
very clear
passport photos. Other users had same experiences - pls. ref. to

To solve this, Zola Zu sent Facebook an agreement offering a big USD amount more than
the Median Wealth per adult
in USA for FB's acceptance, to challenge or to test Facebook's combination of facial recognition tech.
(MIT said up to 98% in accuracy), other tech. and human review system. The agreement stated they can take
all the money if FB proves the photo
uploaded is fake. This way is much more precise and
efficient than FB's current methods
because no any hacker is willing to give Facebook this offer which might bring
bad guys into deep legal
trouble.
Till
the due day, FB did not respond to accept this easy-money-to-earn offer.
Facebook was trying to get smart with users ?
or really misjudged users' photos uploaded?? ......

Some days after
sending the offer ( USD amount about equaling the Median wealth per adult in USA ), an email from FB
security system arrived at me. Facebook wanted to help me back to my
account. Sounds very nice... but ...

reasons, e.g., encountering 1-2 sec. trouble while emailing my critique article
to Apple Daily, one of Zu's computer-screens became a flash gun, sometimes flashed light one
after another. But no hard proofs, Taiwan has not admitted any bad actions
and has not clearly answered Zola Zu's letters as well as web-site ( world top

網路媒體《上報》今晚報導，NCC委員陳憶寧去函臉書公司，關切其對社群及使用者貼文post、帳號的管理準則。臉書香港及台灣公共政策總監陳澍（George
Chen）前天具名回函，解釋據臉書社群規範，涉及霸凌、騷擾、仇恨言論及濫發垃圾訊息等，才會遭到刪文。
陳澍回函說明，臉書設計全球性的社群守則時，主要考量用戶真實性和內容安全性，針對用戶擁有多個個人檔案、冒充他人檔案，會要求關閉多餘檔案或將其移除。
針對國民黨質疑言論遭封鎖、用戶檢舉標準不明確，回函指出，臉書尊重並推崇言論自由，但也會處理違反臉書社群守則的言論，如用戶針對特定族群發表仇恨言論，或涉嫌濫用帳號、反覆發送垃圾訊息，都可能導致帳號遭停權、貼文被刪除。

台灣臉書管理者控制言論自由的舉動，已讓臉書淪為政治鬥爭的場域，也讓台灣陷入綠色恐怖之中。台灣的臉書使用者應該團結起來，向國際發聲，控訴這個畸型且違法的現象，制止綠色黑手伸進臉書、打壓台灣的言論自由。
國民黨智庫國家政策研究基金會上午召開記者會說，臉書每月活躍用戶數在台灣達1800萬人，自民進黨執政後，多人臉書遭封鎖、停權、下架和禁止分享，質疑台灣臉書審核者有問題，已進入「綠色恐怖時期」，言論自由遭到箝制、打壓，情況越來越嚴重。
國民黨智庫說，日前知名的法學教授、律師陳長文以《民進黨政府正在復辟刑法一百條》為題投書媒體，質疑嚴格管制退將赴大陸的蔡政府有違法治精神，結果這篇文章的連結，竟一度遭到臉書封鎖，甚至連政大法律系副教授廖元豪要分享這篇文章，都被封鎖，讓廖大嘆，「臉書問題實在很大。」

〔記者陳鈺馥、施曉光、陳炳宏、楊淳卉、李欣芳／台北報導〕國民黨智庫、國家政策基金會昨日召開記者會，指控自民進黨執政後，臉書已進入「綠色恐怖」時代，連發表罷免時代力量立委黃國昌的文章，帳號都直接被停權封鎖，這種箝制言論自由的「綠色恐怖」，連臉書創辦人札克柏格都不知道，國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）、數位政務委員唐鳳均應出面處理。
國民黨智庫國家政策基金會昨召開記者會指控台灣臉書「綠色恐怖」，頻管制批綠言論，將臉書使用人帳號停權處理。臉書總公司回應表示，不特別針對單一事件回應。
