台灣爆發臉書(Facebook)言論自由的風波，國民黨智庫指責台灣臉書淪為政治鬥爭的恐怖場域，並呼籲民眾團結 一致向國際控訴，此事件已被Wikipedia收錄在參考文獻之中。

臉書回應說，用戶使用「真實身份」才可以讓「用戶安心」，並認為霸凌、騷擾 常與匿名帳戶相關 ，理由冠冕堂皇。

◆

然而， 許多美國議員、人權專家、歐洲政府早給Facebook貼上「今日自由(civil liberty)最大威脅」 的標籤 ，截至2017年9月臉書已多次非法收集使用個人隱私資料遭到歐洲罰款處分。 Facebook在ps土耳其、巴基斯坦、俄羅斯、印度、以色列等數十國都曾配合 當地政府監控或封鎖「官方認為不宜」的內容 ，包括一直應美國警方要求，任意封殺人權網頁。   臉書打壓民主自由、製造多種形式歧视的紀錄斑斑， 且可能只是冰山一角。 谷歌和Twitter拒 絕屈從中国的審查制度，臉書卻為了抓住「下個十億用戶」， 設計監控網民的工具 ，有違它的核心宗旨「讓世界更開放更連結」、「讓全球融為一體」("Bring the world closer together") ，近來又秘密研發毛骨悚然的 '讀心術'科技ps1，再引發道德與隱私的憂慮 ...... 。

臉書要求「真實身份示人」，也不是想讓「用戶安心」那麼簡單，真正目的還是贏利，二十億users的「真實身份」，不是 customers，而是它的products，臉書的「真實身份」也不是社交平台、而是廣告平台ps2，它隨時「 窺視」、紀錄、分析你的一舉一動與秘密通信 ...... 。 廣告公司與 數據資料收集者(包括國家機器)才是它的金主customers。   名牌不賣假貨，然而，臉書抓假帳戶，往往柿子挑軟的吃、選擇性辦案，<USA Today>曾報導全球約有8300萬個假帳戶，準確度97.25%的人臉辨識科技，連一些同人照片的帳戶也沒 發現  ps: Guardian UK 5-15-2018: Facebook closed 583m (5億多) fake accounts in first 3 months of 2018 (to save its image) 。

臉書另個不肯直白承認的「真實身份」，就是媒體公司，嚴謹把關的傳統媒體可能還不如它的影響力，Pew 研究中心的調查顯示，62%美國人由社交媒体獲取新聞ps3，1/4散布過假訊息ps3。 但 一說到判別新聞真偽之責， 臉書就避之惟恐不急； 「顧客」永遠是對的，喜歡甚麼，就塞更多給他，而不宜推送觀念相左的内容，網民會更愛臉書， 即使引發「f」ake news風暴 。 近雖祖克柏在壓力下鬆口，但成效尚待評論。

「言論自由」一旦妨礙營運，臉書的「警總」可不會手軟。 臉書的algorithm黑盒子，足以玩控用戶於掌心，打壓霸凌，詭招繁複，比方臉書論壇 本月討論的checkpoint/block ，會指示用戶上傳清晰照片供其辨識ps4， 但即使你傳上高清護照， 一傳再傳，仍然不會通過審核，筆者曾強渡關山， 以高於美國公民財產中位數的美元為誘因，要求對質 相片真偽，終於破其營壘， 推進第二戰場。益證此乃死巷，可供全球網民參考。

　

此外 ，臉書的「維和部隊」，能讓批評你share短片的民調進行的鑼鼓喧天 ，當事人卻蒙在鼓裡， 同一視頻放在谷歌和Youtube, 或由歐美用戶分享就沒事，如果你不多申請一個帳號，背後被演法捅一刀 ，可能還不知道呢。

臉書(Facebook) 獨大獨強 、也不怕你跑票，但至少日本就不大買他的帳，日本的大學研究發現， 大和魂覺得臉書不夠友善與隱私自在，允許匿名帳戶的Twitter近年稱霸日本社交網路市場 ， Instagram的成長率也遠勝臉書的停滯 ， Linkedin實用、Pinterest方便有趣。台灣人如果不想在 超級帝國做二等順民，隨時被「褫奪公權」、「流放邊疆」，或 者還有其他選擇。

但，同時呼喊 "祖克柏 你知道嗎？"   顯然過於膽小， 似乎想將祖克柏除外責任，不敢打臉Facebook， 只敢與泛綠營交手 ， 國民黨籍立法委員許毓仁甚至表示，演算法沒有偏袒任何政治立場的問題。

民進黨這邊當然否認，唐鳳辦公室昨表示，唐鳳從來不曾、未來也不會介入任何臉書等社群媒體運作。還有立委批國民黨：滿腦子黨國思想者 ，才會想要控制國際社群媒介 。

究竟台政府是否非常誠實?  是否沒有request 但提供 "info." 也是個問號，

至於臉書(Facebook)「 涉案」則屬「 已知數」 !

「台灣臉書變綠了！」... 民進黨執政後，臉書儼然進入綠色恐怖時期，任何批評蔡政府等貼文或帳號，紛紛被下架、停權，如此控制言論自由的作法，...，台灣臉書應公開相關審查機制，... 台灣臉書審查機制除軟體偵測外，還有臉友檢舉，若內容違反《臉書社交守則》就會被刪除，然而守則的標準卻很模糊，也不知道審核者究竟是誰，只知道從未聽聞綠營有人臉書被封鎖。

 

  孫繼正表示，他的臉書帳號在罷免黃國昌活動進入第二階段時，無預警地在36小時內被停權3次，用手機無法登入，連換成朋友帳號也不行，朋友懷疑他手機IP是否被鎖定。最後只得寫英文申訴信給臉書恢復權限，孫繼正認為臉書言論倒退50年。

    國民黨智庫日前指控臉書管控management and control 言論、搞「綠色恐怖」，質疑民進黨政府上台後，親藍人士如陳長文、黃士修，在臉書發表質疑政府政策的文章遭封鎖，還有部分人士的臉書帳號遭停權
    網路媒體《上報》今晚報導，NCC委員陳憶寧去函臉書公司，關切其對社群及使用者貼文post、帳號的管理準則。臉書香港及台灣公共政策總監陳澍（George Chen）前天具名回函，解釋據臉書社群規範，涉及霸凌、騷擾、仇恨言論及濫發垃圾訊息等，才會遭到刪文。
     陳澍回函說明，臉書設計全球性的社群守則時，主要考量用戶真實性和內容安全性，針對用戶擁有多個個人檔案、冒充他人檔案，會要求關閉多餘檔案或將其移除。
     針對國民黨質疑言論遭封鎖、用戶檢舉標準不明確，回函指出，臉書尊重並推崇言論自由，但也會處理違反臉書社群守則的言論，如用戶針對特定族群發表仇恨言論，或涉嫌濫用帳號、反覆發送垃圾訊息，都可能導致帳號遭停權、貼文被刪除。

       台灣臉書管理者控制言論自由的舉動，已讓臉書淪為政治鬥爭的場域，也讓台灣陷入綠色恐怖之中。台灣的臉書使用者應該團結起來，向國際發聲，控訴這個畸型且違法的現象，制止綠色黑手伸進臉書、打壓台灣的言論自由。
 
       國民黨智庫國家政策研究基金會上午召開記者會說，臉書每月活躍用戶數在台灣達1800萬人，自民進黨執政後，多人臉書遭封鎖、停權、下架和禁止分享，質疑台灣臉書審核者有問題，已進入「綠色恐怖時期」，言論自由遭到箝制、打壓，情況越來越嚴重。
        國民黨智庫說，日前知名的法學教授、律師陳長文以《民進黨政府正在復辟刑法一百條》為題投書媒體，質疑嚴格管制退將赴大陸的蔡政府有違法治精神，結果這篇文章的連結，竟一度遭到臉書封鎖，甚至連政大法律系副教授廖元豪要分享這篇文章，都被封鎖，讓廖大嘆，「臉書問題實在很大。」

〔記者陳鈺馥、施曉光、陳炳宏、楊淳卉、李欣芳／台北報導〕國民黨智庫、國家政策基金會昨日召開記者會，指控自民進黨執政後，臉書已進入「綠色恐怖」時代，連發表罷免時代力量立委黃國昌的文章，帳號都直接被停權封鎖，這種箝制言論自由的「綠色恐怖」，連臉書創辦人札克柏格都不知道，國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）、數位政務委員唐鳳均應出面處理。
國民黨智庫國家政策基金會昨召開記者會指控台灣臉書「綠色恐怖」，頻管制批綠言論，將臉書使用人帳號停權處理。臉書總公司回應表示，不特別針對單一事件回應。

        A poll was held at top of a video shared by Zola Zu, but it can't been seen on his Facebook account.    The poll asked users to select from options like " follow Zola ? " , "follow XXX ?" (an Eastern Euro. cartoonist holding the poll), and some phrases like to limit part of Zola Zu's right ......
        The video is about lions revenge in a circus, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f5moEG1A-Uo (theme: Lions Attack On Trainer In The Circus), other Westerner artist shared it without the problem I had.   Besides, Zola Zu attached a scholarly study by US institute regarding animal abuse and human abuse.    
        Was this under way out of Facebook's eyeline ?  any possibility can't be ruled out.   Someone in the shadow interrupted my working on my FB for the video.  

        According to an article by Ohio State University Law School professor Margot E. Kaminski on NY Times in 2017, even animal abuse content is allowed on Facebook, he wrote:  Facebook generally allows the sharing of animal abuse, a category of speech the Supreme Court deemed protected in 2010. But diverging from First Amendment law, Facebook will remove that same imagery if a user shows sadism, defined as the “enjoyment of suffering.”    Of course, the video Zola Zu shared is not a “enjoyment of suffering” short film.  
        All my FB friends supported me except probably one - only one left from my friend-list.   This is truly their vote, expressive act, symbolic speech, substantive statement after Gegenseitigkeit  kommunikationsfreiheiten "behind me".
